webfact
Paphamon Arayasukawat BANGKOK (NNT) - The government is ready to help businesses affected by a giant container ship blocking the Suez Canal in Egypt as the supply chain in many countries is beginning to suffer hardship from the blockage. Deputy government spokeswoman Rachada Dhnadirek said Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has followed the situation closely to find ways to help Thai exporters and importers affected by the blockage. She said the prime minister has acknowledged the private sector’s concerns, but believes a resolution will be swift due to the coordinated salvage effort. Ms Rachada was also allaying concern about oil shortages, saying the country has imported oil from several suppliers and oil companies have sufficient stockpiles to last. -- © Copyright NNT 2021-03-29 - Whatever you're going through, the Samaritans are here for you - Follow Thaivisa on LINE for breaking COVID-19 updates

Very puzzling... More puzzling is that there appears to be two spokeswomen for the Thai Government with the same name ! I am sure the person pictured in the thread about the signing of new contracts related to the high speed rail is not the same as featured in this item . Or does the name beneath the picture/s represent the photographer/reporter?

colinneil
Heres an interesting thought, last year any delay having goods delivered was blamed on covid. Looks like the new excuse will be Suez canal blockage caused the delay in your goods being delivered.????
