Indeed it is somewhat challenging to contact the UK by using the 00500 code as advertised by AIS.

 

Has the code changed, has the service been withdrawn?,

 

I have need to contact the UK International Pension site, their number showing as 044 (0) 191 218 7777. on their web page

 

AIS bot  keep telling me the number (00500 44 191 218 7777) is wrong.

 

Any information from those that know would and is most welcome.

The issue has been dealt with via a line link to a UK relative and a copy of the relevant death certificate.
