Featured Replies

Approximately 500 new COVID-19 cases have been logged as of 2200 hours this evening. The numbers will most certainly hit a new high with five digits’ infection rates in all but 3 provinces in the country.

Cambodia’s battle to contain the Coronavirus and flatten the curve remains challenging and may get worse with inter-province travel ban and access to tourism sites are opened with the economy in mind. Saturday cases totalled 616, while Friday had 511 cases, Thursday: 655 cases, Wednesday: 446 cases, Tuesday: 303 cases, 431 cases on Monday and 624 cases last Sunday.

As of this evening’s Ministry of Health’s release, Cambodia has logged 9,975 positive cases since the very first case was recorded on January 23, 2020 in Sihanoukville. A total of 74 fatalities have also been reported.
