I've been trying to do my 90 day online but I cant get passed this messege which pops up when I try to go to the next page, what does the permit date mean on your passport?

I have renewed my passport so the TM 6 would still be associated with my old one, is that why I'm seeing this messege?

You would get the message to contact you local office if the new passport was a problem.

The message might be due your latest extension not being updated in their records.

I've had my new passport for over 1 year, done 90 days in person plus renewed my retirement extension in Oct 2020, all stamps transferred from old passport to new so there cant be a problem with my new passport!

Are you sure you entered everything correctly on the app. 

People have gotten that message before on the app but not sure what the problem was. 

Edit: Have you tried clicking done on message.

Thanks I'll try your link, it's no problem going in person just thought I would try online.

I had the same message but never figured it out. Did it "in person" in the end.

I'm having a similar issue.  On the APP it says the error message previously posted.  On the Imm website it says come to your local immigration office.  Some kind of technical glitch?  Guess I will be making a trip to the CNX immigration office(Airport or Promenada?).  

Looking at the form I can see it most likely going wrong at the address part (Is it the address in Blue book? or postal version? I'm not 100% which one was used before).

It asks for flight number (red *) if you come over by bus so leave that blank will that cause an issue with the form?

I have been getting this error message for 9 months now.

The last two times I was forced to go in person, and next week I will have to go in person again.

 

I think they do not update the records online and think we like to go in person

It has to be the address you used for your reports in person. It is done as drop down menus for province and district and you enter the house and street number.

Flight number does not have a beside it. I use other since I entered on a bus and it only shows car as a choice.

For the reports in person I just pass them my passport, so not sure of address they used but I'll attempt to use the address per my blue book as you describe

 

The flight number has a red * next to it in the User guide, sounds like they've dropped that. I'll use other

As predicted I didn't even get past the personal information page, anything obvious to be aware of? seems to be completed correctly. That British option is ok?

 

Just tried the app and got a different message.

Reviving this topic with a question. Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere as I am sure many are in the same situation.

 

My last 90-day report was due April 9 when online was down. All my previous reports had been done online. So this last one I sent in by mail - mailed Mar. 30, received April 1. But haven't gotten back anything yet. Went in online just now to check status. Shows all the old reports but not the current one.

 

What to do? Wait some more? Go to MTT? Obviously no point redoing the report online now as it will be rejected for being late.

British is correct.

There is some info that you entered that is not correct or missing.

Arrival card must show everything on it. For example AB12345.

Arrival date correct.

The immigration website states you should check with them if you have not received the receipt by 30 days after the day your report was due.

For a some people it has taken as long as 6 weeks to get the receipt in the mail. Four weeks seems about average.

The online reporting site will only show reports you have done online. Reports done in person or by mail will not show on it.

If you don't get it by the 9th or a week or so later you will have to to Muang Thong Thani to get it taken care of.

In-person or mailed-in reports wil not display within the web/app.

 

I'd wait until 14 May, but maybe make an appointment now for the 17th as back-up and go if you don't receive the receipt by then. 

 

Four to six weeks seems noemal now, based on comments, and we've had quite a few holidays during this period as well.

Thanks, i picked up the wrong date from arrival card. With this part, are they referring to non imm O visa issue and expiry date or extension?

Better safe than sorry.

 

I just don't trust their competence enough to risk online. However,for me its only a 90 minutes drive to Petchabun and we do a lot of shopping whilst in the city.

 

I guess if you live deep in the boonies this might not be possible.

That was going well until I pressed submit, any idea? with the visa issue date although it accepted it, i had 3 dates i could of used, the date extension was stamped 21 Jan 21, date Non Imm O was stamped 24 Dec 19 and I have a 27 Dec 19 also. Actually I just tried all 3 dates and the same message.

I think the message is not related to an error you did.

But your dates are more than one year apart. Extensions are only issued for one year. What was issued on 19/01.

The previous extension was valid to 22 Mar 21, i applied early stamped 19 Jan 21, valid to 22 Mar 22

I don't recall the online site having the "visa issue date" on it. I have only tried the online app recently and have not been able to get that far since my report is not due until July and gives a reminder of the reporting allowed dates.

I think there a problem with the app/site when you tried and got the service error message.

Yes, i tried the online site and it worked it only asked for one date so avoided the issue, it was approved, thanks. I see no mention of the next 90 day report so presumably you just add on 90 days? or should there be confirm in the system? i looked at status and no mention of new 90 day date

Click the hour glass under view and the bottom of the the page you will see this.
