I live in Jomtien, and clearly many massage shops and bars don't realise that they are suppose to be closed. One soi has at least 6 massage shops, with girls sitting inside and outside. The only difference is that, now, they wear casual clothes and not shop "uniforms".

Sack the entire government and start again. Allow vaccinated people to show their card and no quarantine, allow quarantine in your home. Cancel submarines and pay adequate support money to people. You order closed their business - you pay the business in full. You stop them working you pay unemployment benefit equal or near to their pay. I think these businesses wont all open , not necessarily from being ordered closed, but from not given financial support in lockdown. ALL people and businesses should have adequate support that they can stay afloat until opening. Owners have to be running out of money now.

Yes, it's like when you date a girl in a western country, you're expected to pay for a nice meal, some drinks and a taxi home, and then the girl will probably decide to just go home afterwards. I much prefer how they do it here.
