Business owners, employees, freelances (bars, restaurants, hotels, entertainement etc.) can not work because of the virus. Fair enough. Why not. But it's a little bit too much to ask them... to just die while doing nothing and watching the virus drama on TV. Cause and effect. Thailand can not afford the Zero Covid ideology.
