Compensation for Thais who die or sustain disabilities due to state provided COVID-19 vaccinations

The heirs of Thai citizens, who die from conditions directly related to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine provided by state agencies, will be eligible for initial compensation of up to 400,000 baht, payable by the National Health Security Office of Thailand (NHSO), according to an announcement by the NHSO published in the Royal Gazette on May 16th.

 

Those who sustain permanent disabilities or chronic illness, which will require lifelong treatment and which seriously affects their livelihood as a direct result of the vaccination, are also entitled to an initial compensation payment of up to 400,000 baht from the NHSO.

 

In case of the loss of a limb, or a disability which will affect their livelihood, the vaccinated individual is entitled to initial compensation of 240,000 baht.

Very reassuring .

 

Those who had any doubts about the safety of getting vaccinated will be much more confident now knowing their heirs will get up to 400,000 baht compensation.

 

That's the theory anyway.

My mates dog did that with the Sunday roast beef .. he put it on the table , went back out to the motor , Dog went in the kitchen sniffed the beef then had it away .. that's why I have no trust in sniffer dogs .. put some beef in front of them and all bets are off for sniffing something else .. apart from checking out other dogs of course .. 

I can see it now. It was not the vaccine but was a rusty syringe manufactured from...... No payment!

Those that die in a vehicle accident or through any other manner receive an early grave (or cremation) and nothing else. 

 

OR... are you implying that because the Thai authorities are attempting to offer a degree of confidence in the vaccines that the vaccines now present a higher risk of death ???... or something else ?

If I loose my arm after the first jab, will they put the second one in my other arm or can I get it in one of my legs...?

But would they have a leg to stand on or would the insurance company claim it was just an armless mistake?

Because of greed, blackmail and stupidity. And do not think it is only the Thai . . . All governments, US, Canada, Europe, . . . all, waived the responsibilities of the vaccine manufacturers and that for experimental and not fully tested vaccines

but we are constantly told the vaccines are safe and fully tested, so why the need for this ?

bribery for hesitant Thais ?

Ah huh, can make a good guess on how those claims will go…
