Did you consider Googling "masa harina thailand"? The top search results include several suppliers.

I am not in Bangkok so cant help you there, but I enjoy baking and when faced with some of the same , supply challenges, I googled Baking supply store. Actually I had my wife google it in Thai , because these shops are geared toward Thais. I found a nice little shop  with almost everything I needed.. I suggest you do the same, I am sure there are plenty of similar shops in Bangkok.
