Malaysia will receive 610,000 doses of AZ vaccine in June 2021. It was only approved for use there ( Malaysia) last Friday! Only 1.8 Million doses delivered out of 6 Million, promised, for Thailand. Confirmed vaccine appts cancelled in Thailand. Are all the other ASEAN countries in line before Thailand? Who thinks the 10 Million promised for July is going to happen?

Cancelled confirmed appts in Thailand to redistribute vaccine to "hot spots" (In Thailand) makes perfect sense. What is harder to swallow is Thai produced vaccine being sent to ASEAN in June. (AZ yesterday said July for ASEAN but Malaysia says it's June.) Thais first, eh?

The only news in that article is that malaysia approved the vaccine.  The shipment date information is just old news from months ago that they reprinted.  It's just a poorly written and misinformed article.  It's unlikely Malaysia will be getting any AZ vaccine from thailand this month.

 

 

The first shipment of 610,000 doses from Thailand is scheduled for this month, followed by 410,000 doses in July and 1.2 million doses between August and September, the government had said previously.

 

3.6 million have received at least 1 shot and the pace is accelerating.  The big bottleneck being supply and distribution will be worked out IMO.  

 

10,000,000 by July 1( 1st shot )? If this was a Vegas wager, would take the Over -140.  Might lose my money but in most scenarios would be going home happy.

 

I think by August the number will be well over 10,000,000 a month.  If most people just took a deep breath and looked at a realistic probability, with the limited  info at hand, they could see the end is near.  By end of year, PARTY baby!!!!
