Caldera
Pusher. Not because I was a drug pusher, but because of shamelessly pushing guys out of my way when playing basketball.

Moonlover
'Kremlin' or 'Krem' for short. It came about when we were discussing a certain character in the small department I worked in during my early RAF days. The guy was a bit of a drip and I blurted out 'he's a real Kremlin!' I meant to say 'cretin' of course, but I got my words jumbled up, but it was too late. Our sergeant latched onto it and I was 'Kremlin' from there on in. Fortunately the name didn't follow me on to my next posting, so it quietly faded away. Here I'm 'Dur', the last syllable of my first name, roughly. (at least I hope that's what it is)
