More field hospitals and community isolation programs are being set up in Pathum Thani, to help accommodate the rising number of COVID-19 patients, as many field hospitals in the province are reportedly full, especially with patients from the cluster at “Talaad Thai”, Thailand’s largest fruit and vegetable market.

2,700 COVID-19 patients wait for pre-admission in Bangkok – Erawan Centre

Bangkok is currently seeing a backlog of about 2,700 people infected with COVID-19 who are waiting at home to be sent to pre-admission centres, according to Director of Bangkok Emergency Medical Services Center (Erawan Center) Dr. Pornthep Saeheng.

Three COVID-19 Vaccines Produced in Thailand Will Be Ready for Administration by Next Year

Thai Industrial Sector Plans Planting of Fah Talai Jone Herb to Treat COVID Infected Workers

Thailand’s household debt in Q1 at 90.5% of GDP and increasing – BoT

Thailand’s household debt, for the first quarter of this year, soared to 14.1 trillion baht, accounting for 90.5% of gross domestic product (GDP), and is increasing due to a fall in incomes and increasing debt, according to Bank of Thailand (BoT) Assistant Governmor Thanyanit Niyomkarn.
