How much does it cost? 50B? Do you really want to discuss about the taste of something and get different opinion before you invest 50B? Amazing Thailand!

Pringles are not real crisps (as we Brits call 'em). They are made from mashed potato.  Original POTATO flavour for me. Remember Smith's with the salt in a little blue paper.

I'm thinking of getting some 'original' flavor. (only chips + salt)

I just wanted to ask and check cuz I was really disappointed with Pringles in Thailand.

Pringles here (that I have encountered) are diabolical assuming you can actually get a tube that isnt just full of broken small pieces! Best one in my opinion and I am a bit of a compulsive eater of these things..lol...stick with Lays. Always remember the bag is FULL od air and once open the contents only take about1/3 the pkt size.????

Doritos are the same ......  everytime I want to make a nachos,  most of the corn chips are broken.

why the heck don't Doritos change their packaging to a box type so they can't get smashed.

Well actually in my case its 99b for a 5pk in Makro ! But cost doesnt really enter in to it. Its just a matter of finding what you enjoy as a snack really. ????

to use a much use phrase "each to his own".

I have yet to eat "real" KFC here, it soo loaded with chilli powder its nothing at all like the KFC I was used to eating.

But KFC is worthy of its own topic its that bad (in my opinion) and of course I dare say outlets will vary and we cant tar them all with the same brush.

Besides its going off topic so start another if you wish.

Lays are probably the best crisps.

Most own brand makes are never the same.

Tesco crisps amongst them.

Yes Pringles usually smashed to bits.

The least said about KFC the better.

I love Lays. The smell of all that expensive air that you get when you open the packet . 555

They don’t have good chips here unless u go to some gourmet import shop and pay ten times what a bag is worth.

terra are good chips though, if you can find them. But again the price here is unbearable.

Then buy the smallest possible packs in 7-11 or any other small shop. There are packs for about 10 baht. then try 3-4 different and choose which you like the most!

I personally like Lay here in Thailand the most.

Best consult your bank manager first to see if you can take out a loan and make easy repayments.

My God I must be bored... I just read this entire post and comments!

Not sure if this is a little off topic but I seem to recall Marianne Faithful’s ‘snack in a snatch’

Dried salted broad beans are my weakness. A kilo isn't enough.

We hang out for Thai KFC in Australia. Those freshly cooked warm sweet egg custard tarts, and chicken with actual flavour.

Just finished a packet of Tasto Salt & Sour crisps , my favourite,

I just buy a pack of 12 at Makro 45 Thb ,there's only 11 grams in a packet,

but enough for me. at a time.

regards Worgeordie

American Pringles are available too, the usual ones in 7-11 are Malaysian made

They wouldn't last long filled with air, the bags are filled with nitrogen.

Apparently It is to help prevent breakage during transit.

Its not 'expensive air' - it is nitrogen. Keeps the crisps crispy...

Why the f don't you just go buy a pack? Asking people their taste is beyond belief.

I think he is referring to the space it occupies, the size of the packet in relation to whats actually in it, as was I in my comment.
