403 Forbidden

I,m getting this error message when logging in here in Thailand for the past couple of days...when using a VPN all is fine....what is the problem please?

I am not using a VPN, I am using AIS fibre internet and have no problems with logging in.

Now for the first time in a week I,m able to login without VPN...back to normal...I,m not that tech savvy to understand why I was getting the forbidden message...my only way round it was by using VPN which I rarely use under normal circumstances.....let,s hope it contiues.

p.s. I,m living here in Pattaya and the internet provider for our apartments is TOT.

Just today I began getting the 403 Forbidden message when surfing news sites back home in the States. I've been in Thailand over 12 years and never seen this before, haven't changed computers or anything. If I use a vpn everything's fine. Haven't seen any problems as far as Thai sites go.
