internationalism
all police and the government agencies are taking stance against this artistic happening with strong wording and threatening with action. That is what it is, just artistic expression, with anti government message, and warning of times to come. Not in phuket, but in bangkok deaths from covid on the streets did happen. Of course, phuket is the most vaccinated part of country. But still not everybody got the jab. Edited July 31, 2021 by internationalism
Enzian
In the west this would just be an expression of free speech, annoying to some but that's their problem. Here it's a crime. ("Here" figuratively, because I just escaped to the US.)
