An elaborate funeral for a pet goldfish resulted in two million views on TikTok, reported Sanook.

 

A primary school aged child had gone to extraordinary lengths to make sure that his pet's send off was just like a human's.

 

At a temple he prepared a clay funeral pyre.

 

The chilled coffin itself was beautiful with the deceased goldfish wrapped in a white cloth.

 

Kindling and accelerant were placed in the coffin to ensure it burned completely. 

 

The coffin was transported to the crematorium on the back of a radio controlled truck.

 

Netizens praised the boy's parents for allowing his imagination to flow and not standing in his way.

 

They noted his very respectful and polite words and attention to every detail that would help with his understanding of life and death and aid the grieving process.

Yeah, It´s confirmed to be like I thought. The pandemic is soo boring that people just starts looking at anything.

the 2 million viewers were all manning checkpoints around the nation.

Well done kiddo, we just flushed ours down the toilet but never thought to TikTok it.

How creative kids, otherwise only playing on internet. And now they managed to make 2 million people watch internet, very creative indeed. 

I guess this is replacing live snake, crocodile and dart acts? ????‍♂️

A better send off than some of the unfortunate impoverished victims of Covid .

Ignoring the religious aspects, a kid who can set this up, in this level of detail, has a future.  Nice one.

Myabe if they explained that  all things  live and die, that there  is  no "after"  that the atoms of the fishs  body may someday get joined together to make something else........would be way  better than nonsense.
