I do have one but how can I now provide that to them? Original and extension but will no means to provide to update or contact. Tried a new application but they said my information is already on file. Help

Typical....   fools designing booking systems requiring too much information.

 

It is moronic to require visa information... really who cares about a visa, this is about vaccination. 

 

Name / Passport number - thats all that ‘should’ be needed - anything else is just silliness. 

 

 

I just booked a two sandbox hotels - the information required by the second hotel was ridiculous...  (far more than the first), someone at the hotel just decided they needed crazy amounts of information.
