In form Thai teenager Atthaya Thitikul from Ratchaburi who heads the LET money list is perhaps Thailand’s top chance to take this Major trophy.

Also, Major winners Ariya Jutanugarn and Patty Tavatanakit plus Pajaree Anannarukan who recently won ISPS Handa World Invitational on the LPGA are all potential favourites as well.

Pornanong Phatlum has excelled in the past at the UK’s top golf tournament, narrowly missing out to England’s Georgie Hall a few years ago.

Moriya Jutanugarn, Jasmine Suvannapura, Panarat Thanapolboonyarat, Prima Thammaraks, Wichanee Meechai and Tridat Cheenglab from Phatunthani are also in the field.

Coverage will be on the Golf Channel starting from Thursday, Aug. 19 – 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern Time so around 5pm in Thailand. The final round will be on Sunday 22nd August.

We wish them well.
