100 million Covid vaccine doses within 2021

I like that someone is going on record with a difficult to achieve aggressive goal.  If they fall short and it's only 85 million that would be pretty good too.   Yes, the government was late to the party but they are doing a somewhat decent job of making up for lost time.   They belatedly realize that lockdowns are unsustainable and that vaccines are the best solution.

    Of course, yes,

  • Let’s do the math for fun.   Assuming the best case scenario:   We hit 30 millions by September 1st, leaving 70m to go.   7x4 = 28m for AZ 30m for Pfizer should be d

  • It ain't going to happen, not even remotely logistically possible not even for a much more advanced country, but that doesn't stop them from coming up with big talks...

And you are using the Tourist Authority of Thailand as a source.

No, those numbers come from the MoPH/DDC. These are published daily here in Thailand.

I simply linked to the TAT page so people could see every daily report in one place.

If you contend that these numbers are inaccurate feel to support that claim with a fact or three.

What's the population of Thailand?

28 million up to now, 7 million each for September, October, November and December totals 56 million - not 100 million, leaving a shortfall of 44 million - sounds like another stat from TAT!

Yes, why assume the totally obvious happens and they like, you know, get more and more each month.  Pretending it's only going to be 7 million a month forever is much more suitable doom monger math.

Thailand added to UK Red list, that will have a dramatic impact

Did they read the instructions on how to use the calculator or maybe change the battery or clear tab?????

Where are all the bashers now?

Nearly 1 million jabbed yesterday, great job Anutin.

Pretty amazing figure for the most recent reporting period...second doses kicking in.

Nearly at 15% of the stated goal, of 50 mm people with two doses by 1/1/22.

Would be nice to see the expanded results showing the mix, in the PPT you can click on the "+" sign, but that's down to the presenter.

Booster program looks like it's almost finished?
