Farming together: A farmer in Phetchaburi offers a farm-sharing experience to casual gardeners

I've read in a few different articles over the last year and a half that more and more people around the world have been turning to gardening during the various lock downs.  This is a great idea. At ฿ 3,900/plot (2*4m) for 3 months strikes me as being a tad expensive for the average person here.

That nets the owners over 900k/annum, assuming all 60 plots are leased every 3 months. Not bad.

Buarawong, or Bua, rents out plots to casual and hobby gardeners. Her customers include doctors, male and female cooks, and food stylists, all of them health conscious.

I gues they have control over how their vegetables are treated from planting to the table...

I buy veg from the local market, but god knows what's been sprayed on it.

i thought that if thai farmers wanted to continue farming effectively that they would have to change a lot and learn a lot of new techniques   the drought here is increasing

ie

hydroponics   aquaponics  aeroponics  both have minimal need for water

grow pot  i know that will not happen

other possible fixs ??
