German "linseneintopf" (lentil Stew)

Nice rainy weather and perfect for cooking a stew(and eating)

My ingredients:

Beef shank

Bacon, potatoes, carrots, leek, celery, chopped parsley(to be finished with), minced beef and pork(50/50), sliced sausages, chopped onions, Knorr Beef, Maggi.

.......and as usual tooooo much for two. But when chilled down I will store it in tupperware and freeze it.

Always nice to have some back-up in the fridge or if someone likes a portion just let me know, no problem :o
