Thai Embassy continues to donate to Cambodian Migrant Workers

The Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh joined hands with the Thai private sector in Cambodia to donate medical supplies, food and other necessary consumer goods to Koh Kong Province to be distributed to returning Cambodian migrant workers being quarantined at quarantine centres in Koh Kong Province.

 

On 6 September 2021, Mr. Pichit Boonsud, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Royal Thai Embassy, led a delegation of Embassy officers and executives of the Thai private sector in Cambodia to donate the said items worth more than USD 8,000 in total to the Governor of Koh Kong, Her Excellency Ms.  Mithona Phouthong. Major Thai companies participating in this event are CP Cambodia Co., Ltd., CP ALL (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. 7 – Eleven, Makro Cambodia, Modern Plastic & Packaging (Cambodia), Kubota (Cambodia), Kubota Leasing (Cambodia), Betagro (Cambodia), EXIM Bank, Cambodian Commercial Bank (SCB), JWD Asia Logistic (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, and Western Trading.
