I'm looking for condo in Rayong area as an investment [rental] and have done a web search that didn't lead to much. i know there are many developments there, but hard to locate....so maybe i should just pound the pavement [beach] and look for myself.

what is the standard comission thru agents in condo sales?? I'm a little reluctant to deal with one of those agents [shark's] as I've had bad experiences in the past with land purchases/selling where they pad the price above my asking and out right lied.

experience or guidance would be appreciated.....

Although I am just starting an agency, I don't have any places in Rayong right now. However I did see what appeared to be a nice condo advertised for private sale on the Carrefour notice board today. Did not take the details but you will need to be quick as they change the board on Friday (I think)
