And would the insurance company, if you have it, pay for any damage to my car if she ran into it, or ran someone over who could not hear it coming please?

What are you confused with kwonitoy?

Thats what you have insurance for.

Except that, in the case of these electric bikes, they don't have insurance!

And if she hits and kills someone?

Is it OK by you to drive without the necessary insurance & licence?

A perfectly valid set of questions… but they overlook where we are…,

We are in a land where regulations and rules are ignored. Most of the motorcycles on the road are uninsured ridden by unlicensed riders, cars too…

No cyclist has insurance…

The only realistic option is to insure yourself from ‘others’ & if you also want to ride an e-scooter or e-bike, approach insurance companies and see if you can get cover.

The law won’t get involved, the police don’t care until they can profit.

Perhaps you could tell us what makes it ok for non road legal vehicles to be used on the road particularly when there is a 13-year old child involved?

Nothing makes it OK, except for the fact that T I T.

If you are asking about the one that I bought. It was 13,848baht with the shipping fee minus the bonuses I got it ended up costing me 13,649baht. The batteries were delivered separate to the scooter but they came the next day and the store name was Supersale2020 but that price was only while the 6.6 sale was on

After riding yours' do you see any added value in paying 44K for the 4-wheel with roof below. I just can't see getting into traffic with a golf cart. Thanks
