Real-time Translation On Thai Ch3

Featured Replies

Not sure if this is a one off for covering the current political situation, but switching the audio to English on Thai Ch.3 (stored at #1 on this box) gives a real time English translation of what's going on. It's not brilliant - large breaks in between translations - but more than good enough to give you a good idea of what's being covered.

Anybody know if this is a regular feature?

I think it's more like the normal bilingual feature available on normal TV broadcasts, not something unique to UBC. All normal broadcast Thai TV channels have bilingual capability (except maybe 11?). The translation is probably a special thing for the current situation.
