toast1 Posted September 26, 2021 Share Posted September 26, 2021 When looking for a file, or a word in a Word file, I have to open the Documents folder and search from there. If I search from the Taskbar search box, it often doesn't work. Sometimes files don't come up. Also, the Recent Word files doesn't work, often files are missing or in the wrong order, when I right click on the Word file icon in Toolbar. Have contacted MS Tech Support many times, done lots of tests and reconfiguring, nothing works, can't find any problems. Any suggestions how to fix this? Don't want to have to do a Clean Reinstall, that'll take hours, I could do a Reset Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
