Perhaps if you post in local forums (Phuket) you might receive some local info. Apparently the price has gone up a lot, don't know why. Back in amnesty times the non O volunteering + extension was popular. All pre covid extensions. Seems to have gone up by 15k. No idea why. The OP can speak with agents in Phuket.
