I'm a part time smoker, all of it when I visit family back home, and have been since I was 17. I've also known hundreds of fellow smokers, and never have I seen nor heard of anyone going off after or being a pot smoker. Cocaine and meth, definitely. Alcohol of course. That the room smelled of weed doesn't take away the possibility of him drinking or doing other drugs. Opinions mean little, but this was likely about money. Him possibly not getting his deposit back, so he decided to get even, and if he was smart, left the country as son as he was done. if he is a drinker and had a bender, it could mean he's still around renting and will be found as soon as he places his passport down.
