As part of a global survey emerging from Pandora paper, NS The Washington Post reported About Douglas Latchford, an Englishman who is a Cambodian antique collector, officials say they have benefited brilliantly from the plunder of temples and other religious places throughout Southeast Asia. Latchford died in 2020 at the age of 88, before being tried, but before establishing multiple offshore trusts to protect his assets. It was the disclosure of such offshore accounts that Pandora Papers was leaked to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
