Go to turning stone in upstate New York, the place is packed. Poker room is full. People sitting elbow to elbow. no enforcement of anything. Just signs saying unvaccinated must wear masks, vaccinated to not. But no checks are made at all. As for the drinking ban. That is so obsecen and irrational it is almost insulting. Thais gather for eating all the time. Gosh Tree town in Pattaya is a packed crowded gathering place. Drinking booze or not would make no difference on transmitting or catching the virus. The percentage of Thais vaccinated has barely climbed above 30% the last time I looked at the statistics.
