CanNot
Hello, can someone recommend me a good neurologist in the Bangkok area? I got a diagnose from a Bumrungrad neurologist and want to get a second opinion. Thanks in advance!

Actually LSP can have a very wide range of causes, including: tumors, hematomas, infections, trauma, vasculitis, and other inflammatory processes. An aggressive search for the cause should be made as treatment will vary depending on this. An electromyogram may be4 needed to distinguish LPS from other neuroapthies See https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK556030/ In terms of doctor - I suggest https://www.bumrungrad.com/en/doctors/Weeraworn-Nakarawat

Especially the scientific paper, which caused me to bring it up with the Dr. and do additional blood tests (MRI & EMG was done). I am actually with Dr. Weeraworn at the moment. Which I'm in fact very happy with, however do you have a Dr. suggestion for a second opinion? Edited October 18, 2021 by CanNot

Not sure I can suggest anyone likely to be as familiar as eh is with this condition.
