gk10012001
Rain, surface flooding? Sub surface flooding? Building and living in a flood plain. Maybe build the mall on stilts like many older Thai village houses learned to use? tsk tsk

The only reason it flooded was because some of there water pumps broke. Any other rainy day there would be no problem. Stargeezr
Having a surface parking area in many parts of Thailand has this same problem. When it rains in a tropical country, it usually rains pretty hard, and some flooding is expected. Bangkok is a pretty flat city in general, so people should always be aware of where they park their expensive cars. Geezer
