evisa issues?

Thai e-visa keeps asking me for I,D of the Thai national (or their passport) who has "invited" me  when Im just going to thailand for a single entry visa, ive ditched previous applications and restarted but the same question comes up and wont let me proceed, (see pic) any advice guys and gals?

When you said ditched,  did you go into your previous attempts and delete them from the system, make sure you go back and delete all attempts, then log out and clear all your cookies/cache, a, nd try again.

I should have added after you have deleted previous attempts, you need to change the dates as there may be previous attempts(even months ago) that you can not see on the default time

I came across that on my use of the site a couple of years ago but a recent look indicated they might have taken action to fix it, as it now says any applications over 4(?) weeks old will be automatically deleted, or words to that effect.
