International Primary Schools

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I am looking for a school preferably somewhere between Siam and Chareon Nakorn (Thonburi) where the kids are taught in English.

I have seen many schools with fees in excess of THB200,000/year but I was hoping to find something in the range of about THB80,000/year. Pretty much anything over THB100,000 (when we consider the hefty registration fees) is out of our price range unfortunately :o

I'm after a school for my six-year-old son (turning 7 in October does this mean he will go into year 3 in Aug/Sept?). I also have another son who will be turning two in July, so any advice on a good quality (bi-lingual or english speaking) child-care centre (or kindergarten) with reasonable fees would also be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any advice :D

could try Garden International school which is near sathorn. Think they are around 80k a term...

Garden International is pretty good as far as I know with a decent mix of nationalities and the kids of the odd ambassador or two. A bit more than 80k a term I believe, but not a massive amount more.

The OP was talking about THB 80,000 a year. Does Garden have more than one term per year?

Yep, they sure do :o the total per year is in the vicinity of 250,000/year.

I have found a school - International Pioneers School - http://www.internationalpioneersschool.com/index.php on Chareon Nakorn Road - the location is perfect and fees are about 95,000/year including the transport and meals. Has anyone heard anything good or bad about this school?

Thanks again,

Natnuch.
