I know some bargirls who just came back to Pattaya awaiting everything is back to normal in a couple of days. Looks like the PM's understanding of the global situation is not any better. I asked my wife if any of her friends are heading back to Pattaya or Bangkok in response to the opening. She said, "No". Not enough confidence in the crowds to materialize.
