For more than 10 years i receive a pension payment( not a large amount) from a reliable  and reputable organization into my equally reliable off shore well known  bank .

On 22 October the payers say their bank made the payment into my bank using the same details that has successfully credited the amount many times previously using details of bank and sort code etc. Apparently it is a BACS payment.

After phone calls and many secure messages to both sides:

the paying company are adament the amount was paid by their bank as the amount paid has not been returned; my bank say nothing received in my account or by the bank after full investigatiion.

The payers have now agreed to  ask their bank to do a BACS trace.

I am entitled to this pension payment and I have no intention of not getting what is due to me.

Any input as to what has happened?  What could of happened? And any other ideas ?
