Let me expound... I have never seen any patrol cars pulling over cars, trucks or scooter for infractions. Yes they love their toys but don't use them for their intended purpose.

Yes. They pull over guys all the time on the Chonburi Motorway for unsecured load.

 

But yes in general they don't chase people around. They block roads and wait for the people to come to them. Cheaper.

If they could afford a car they probably would buy a pickup so they can take even more people in the back.
