Nok yoong thai grows readily from seed. I have the orange/red kind. There is also pink/white and the yellow you have in your picture.

The latin name is caesalpinia pulcherrima, Mexican bird of paradise is the common name (not related to the plant bird of paradise tho). Its in the same family as the Flame Tree, Delonix Regia, but a smaller bushy plant.

If you can get seeds, you can grow them. They grow quickly and easily. I am fond of the stop on the side of the road harvesting method myself :o
