The Phan Thong Police were notified of the body Thursday afternoon (November 18th) at a lagoon in the Marp Pong sub-district. Police and rescue workers arrived at the lagoon which is about 100 meters from a local road. The lagoon is full of water hyacinths and about three meters deep. It took about one hour for rescue workers to pull up the male body, which had begun to decay.
