A sudden snap of cooler weather saw temperatures in Hua Hin drop to 20°C overnight, leaving it feeling much cooler than normal for both locals and foreigners alike. People in and around Hua Hin’s Chat Chai Market could be seen wearing jackets, long sleeved shirts and trousers as they queued to buy their breakfast, fresh produce and lottery tickets.
