I noticed on the Pattaya Immigrations' website that there is a form for reporting, which seems to serve the purpose of the TM.47, although it is not quite the same as the TM.47.

At the bottom of the form there is a "submit" button. I couldn't find any instructions regarding its purpose or how to go about using it.

If you are here on a retirement visa, can you now perform the 90 day reporting on the Internet? If so, what do you do with the receipt that was stapled in the passport the last time you reported in person and how do you get a new receipt to prove that you have now reported via the Internet?

It seems to be a work in progress. There is no 90 day on-line reporting yet.
