The bar owner should be accountable and closed until the name of the attacker is provided. Generally there is no accountability for Thai behavior anywhere in Thailand.

I was down in the Thermae, years ago, when a roger asked me for a drink, I declined. She began abusing me and I told her to <deleted> off.
