The $346 million New Phnom Penh International Airport project, which is located in Kandal province, is approximately 26% complete (excluding airport land)

Artist images of the completed terminal demonstrate the new airport's massive scale, while current photographs of the building site demonstrate the project's enormity and intricacy.

 

 

In 2023, the NPPIA is planned to begin operations.

Thanks. I was trying to get a handle on distance from Phnom Penh. Pretty far and unless they build some new highway access it's going to take a few hours to get into town from there.
