The amount of PM2.5 dust in 11 areas of Bangkok and its peripherals exceeds the standard level of 50 micrograms/cubic metre today, according to the Pollution Control Department’s Air4Thai website.

The department said that air quality this morning (Wednesday) ranged from good to a level which may pose a health hazard, measuring between 50 and 62 microns.

Various governments and various governors over the decades have promised to fix this.

Here we are again with, what a surprise, the same old, same old dust problems once again.

If only they stop being surprised and actually DID something instead of talking about it, Thailand would be a better place to live.

If only they could convert talking into action then something might be done.

But TIT.

Nothing changes because nothing is ever really done or achieved for sustainable improvements for air quality.

Everything is small scale, short term and soon forgotten.
