STV accommodation 'paid in full'

My embassy's website says that accommodation needs to be 'paid in full for the duration of stay in Thailand' to get the STV.

 

If I have 95 days' accommodation on my STV application, will there be any issue getting the extensions in Thailand? I will have further accommodation booked by extension time and plan to stay the full 270 days.

No problem to apply for the extension.
