Up to 2-3 months ago, using Lazada delivery to local depot was quick and if it arrived there early morning almost guaranteed to be delivered that day' Then started receiving the same 'too many packages' as some posters above resulting in 2,3,4 days delay This went on for a couple of weeks, then noticed delays were shortening and Lazada were off loading packages to Flash for final delivery . During the last few weeks this offloading has become normal. Package arrives at Lazada local depot am of one day in pm of that day delivery agent changes from Lazada to Flash and a few hours later it is trackable on the flash app. Delivery by Flash is then the next day. The result , as of now, appears to have settled down to a one day delay. Appears that Lazada have some sort of delivery problem, whether lack of drivers or some other prob... no idea.
