We do however share similar interests. I read a fair bit and watch a lot of history documentaries on You Tube as Thai TV is just awful.

It would seem you paid no attention to the forum descriptions. It was closed simply because of discussion of Politics which are not permitted in that forum. Thats why a link to an existing article was provided where it could be.

Such questions are best asked in "forum support" .

Long time lurker, (5+ years) but will retire sometime in the future, hopefully to LOS.

Been with my wife for almost 30 years, she is from the Phu Wiang area.

Currently in California, we go back for a month every couple of years.

Hopefully it doesn't get Farang unfriendly in the future.

Just joint the community after reading for many years and living in LOS as well so I hope I did not wake you up
