June 8, 200719 yr I would like to know if anyone has, or knows if i can renew my non-immigrant 'o' multi entry visa. it will end in febuary 2008, but i want to be prepared with what to do, where to go, when i should go and what documents i'd need. for your info; i'm british, 24 years old. I am here living with my gf, NOT married, no kids. So anyone can help, would be great.
June 8, 200719 yr I take it you are doing 90 day border runs? If so then the answer would appear to be "no" and you will need to travel outside of Thailand and obtain a new visa. This seems to be done most easily in people's country of origin But there are some other friendly places to go <note if you do a border crossing and back the day BEFORE your visa expires you will actually get another 90 days>
June 8, 200719 yr The only way I can think of is to get a Work Permit, with no family I think other ways may be too difficult.
June 8, 200719 yr Author thanks guys This is what i thought that i couldnt get a new one, and i dont really want to go back to england to get another one. So would you know of a country closer that i could get one? yeah i'm doing 90 days boarder runs. (hongkong next stop) If no luck, then i think i'll take a thai lang course where they give me a 1 year non-immigrant ED visa, which is better in a way as no more boarder runs at all. Another question; does it matter what visa you're on in thailand to apply for a non-immigrant 'B'. say for example: i'm here in thailand on a non-immigrant ED, then have a job offer, so i'd need to apply for a non-immigrant 'B'. is this possible?
June 9, 200719 yr If you get a job offer it will always be possible to get a visa that allows work. Most, except tourist visa, already do.

Just bare in mind that only LEGIT schools can accomplish getting tou a non-imm ED ... and then you have to attend school. Some schools can get you an extension based upon paying in advance for a long time .. some cannot. beware new schools ... having decent ties to the MoE and Imm is helpful back to blighty would be your easiest option for a new visa ... Australia would be a decent option as well regionally the options are far less likely to net you a multi-non-imm again <possibly a single visa <<90 days>> with them telling you to get all your ducks in a row for an extension inside Thailand
