The tricky part about seeing a gastro doc is in avoiding being sold a gastroscopy or endoscopy, "just to check and be safe", when the complaint doesn't really require it. At 36k for the pair, it's a real money spinner for the doctors and the hospital. -

The Apple ad revealed a lot of truths about Thailand that many Thai people do not want to face, the reality is that Thailand is a third world nation with a few modern spots like Bangkok. The reality is that when you step into a taxi in Thailand you're likely to be stepping into a old Corolla instead of a Mercedes or BMW or something quite nice, that you might get in Europe. There are so many realities that were reflected in this ad, but it's always easier to deny and to deflect than to simply admit that your country is a little bit behind the curve. Apple simply had to bow to the disease of political correctness. -

There are also Mexican and Japanese (this one done by a big name old school movie director) "ads" from the same iphone 15 pro promotion series. Cinematically, because these are actually short films, these two pale in comparison to the Thai one. After all it is modeled after the world-wide ultra popular "Hangover" series, and pretty much succeeded in its own copycat M.O. Thailand doesn't know what a good thing Apple has delivered to them. They didn't see how Apple presents Thailand as a land of endless opportunities, "You want a million units instead? No problem, just go another 200 kms to Rayong!" , not to mention true to fom, the Land of Smiles, "Hello, my name is Happy!" Instead they want an apology. That explains why Thailand is not Singapore. -

I think you are a bit misinformed. Nothing moves in a straight line. Economic data does not and neither does the stock market. Economists look at overall trends. They don't subscribe to your theories. What they often use are moving averages to smooth out the bumps. A 3 week moving average would be above a 6 week moving average indicating an upwards trend. -

It has to be assumed that in most negotiations with Russia we are going to get out played, as they play with bad intentions, their game is a heinous one, and lives mean nothing to them. When negotiating against an amoral entity, you are always going to be at a disadvantage. It would be even moreso with Trump, as he is obviously compromised and Putin has his ace cards.
