Entry into Thailand

Looking at entering into Thailand from Western Australia in about 4 months time 

 

I’m guessing will probably still be test and go. 
 

can someone tell me what needs to be done I looked online but abit confused

Yep…  wait a little longer before worrying.

 

Whatever requirements you get to grips with now will almost certainly be different in 4 months time. 
 

They are likely to be different next week in light of recent discussions surrounding the cessation of day 5 Test & Go…

 

So, advice is - plan your trip but don’t worry about the details of the entry requirement until at lot closer. 
 

Make sure you are vaxxed up & boosted as that it likely to remain a requirement. I suspect by then all other requirements will have been dropped, but that’s just my guess.

you can plan some 2 weeks in advance.

some health insurance require 14 days delay.

so you have 3.5 months of slow reading

@ those who have already come in on Test and Go, for the PCR test requirement, do they need a paper printout direct from the clinic/hospital or are they okay with you printing out the email that contains the test results (a lot of places email you the test results instead of having you come back in to the test site to keep traffic/clusters at a minimum)?

email printout perfectly ok.

as a back up you can also show your vax record on a website you got your test. My laboratory allows to log in there, chose what kind of certificate I need (chose languages, purpose for international travel or for workplace etc)
