In December SWS survey, 45% optimistic life will get better in 2022

MANILA, Philippines — Forty-five percent of Filipinos said they are optimistic that their lives will improve over the next 12 months, according to a survey conducted by Social Weather Stations late last year.

 

Of the 1,440 adult respondents in the SWS December 12 to 16 poll, 42% said their quality of life will stay the same and 3% said it will get worse. Nine percent did not give an answer.

 

The government announced last December that the country would end the year under Alert Level 2, a more lenient quarantine classification where indoor venues are allowed customers at 50% capacity while outdoor venues can be filled to 70% capacity.
